Cancellation Policy
Both parties have the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. However, in the event of cancellation by the client of less than 48 hours before our scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the amount agreed.

Please do not. This is a professional, non judgemental service. I understand that we all have hard periods in life, we have all been there. I am here to help.
Do we have to go through this process together?
Absolutely yes. It is a very personal journey and I will need you to be there to make decisions as we move along what to keep and what to let go of.
How long does it take?
What happens with the things I chose to let go of?
We will group things into 3 main categories: dispose, recycling or give them away to charities then act accordingly.
Do I have to buy anything in advance?
Handling goods
I will handle your belongings with care and attention, but accidents may unfortunately happen. I shall not be liable for losses or damage which may occur and rely on you to carry insurance at all times. I do have Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance for my business.
