This is a professional consultation in your home where we will discuss your goals and plans. During visiting your home, we will give you hands-on ideas about how to improve the appearance of the property. We will discuss the next step in your action plan.
The meeting could last up to two hours, depending on the size and state of the property.
Please note that due to COVID-19 instead of visiting your property, we could do this consultation online.
Cost: from £85.00 (depending on property size)
On-site Consultation followed by a detailed Home Staging Report:
A professional consultation followed by a detailed Home Staging Report sent over via email in three working days.
The document will list all the necessary recommendations, changes and upgrades, room by room.
This is an honest opinion with a prospective buyer’s eyes, which will help you to understand the possible reasons why your property might be stuck on the market for longer than expected.
There is only one first impression, so make it count!
Please note that due to COVID-19 instead of visiting your property, we could do this consultation online. After our meeting, you could send over supporting pictures of each room. I would use the supplied information to create your report.
Cost: from £199 (depending on property size)
On-site Styling, Staging and De-cluttering:
Hourly rate: £40.00
Internet sourcing: £20.00/hour
£50 deposit is required to secure any services. An invoice will be sent before the agreed consultation date. Balance payment is due in 7 days from our meeting.
Please note that any parking fee occurring when arriving at site might be added to your invoice.
Cheques are not accepted. Erase Chaos is not charging VAT.
