Consultation & Home Staging Report:

 

During an initial, personal chat in your home we will get to know each other, discuss your ideas and needs, walk-through the rooms. The meeting could last 1-3 hours, depending on the size and state of the property.

After our meeting a detailed Home Staging Report will be sent over via email including all the necessary recommendations, changes, upgrades.

This is an honest opinion and a detailed report with a prospective buyer’s eyes, which will help you to see the best features of your property, understand the possible reasons why your property might stuck on the market for months, or simply help you to prepare your home before marketing it.

There is only one first impression, so make it count!


If preferred, due to COVID-19 Instead of visiting the property, we could do an initial video chat, then you could send over supporting pictures of each room, then I would take it from there.

Home Styling: 

 

Depending on your property, you might only need re-organising your room layouts with your own furnitures to maximise the space, freshening up the decor, source new life accessories, arrange rooms to show their best features; sometimes little adjustments could do wonders.

De-cluttering: 

 

3- hour session: £100.00 (Minimum session length required) 

 

6-hour session: £190.00 (not including short, unpaid break for refreshments) 

 

Additional hours are charged at £30 /hour (please note that if we would finish later than agreed and expected, then I will charge £10 for every 15 minutes)

 

Length of sessions could be flexible according your needs and availability, however this must be agreed in advance.

Please note that any parking fee might be added to your invoice. 

 

50% deposit is required to secure our session; An invoice will be sent before the agreed date.

Payment of the balance is due at the end of each session by cash, or same day bank transfer. 

Please note that I am no longer accepting cheques. Erase Chaos is not charging VAT.
